The Pilates & Pregnancy Clinic is a 2-day intensive for any trainer who wants to work with pregnant participants in every trimester with confidence, calmness, and expertise. This in-depth workshop provides a clear overview of the physical changes during pregnancy and shows what is and isn’t suitable within Pilates, so you can always guide participants safely and confidently.

What you will learn

You will learn how to support pregnant women in every stage of pregnancy, what adjustments are necessary per trimester, and which movements to avoid. You will receive clear do’s and don’ts, insights into anatomical and hormonal changes, and practical tools for safe, effective, and energetic guidance on both Mat and Reformer. All with attention to classical Pilates principles and a calm, expert approach.
