The Reformer Instructor Level I training is an intensive and inspiring course where you learn to teach on the Reformer in a short period of time. You also develop your personal technique, while simultaneously gaining the confidence to lead group classes and guide participants safely and effectively.

  • Fundamental exercises and the Pilates principles
  • The unique teaching methodology of The Pilates Academy
  • Anatomy of the Powerhouse and basic positions
  • Practicing instruction skills

  • Practical exercises with direct feedback

This Level I course is suitable for beginners. No teaching experience is required.
