The Reformer Instructor Level II training is designed for instructors who want to deepen their knowledge, refine their technique, and guide multi-level groups with greater confidence. You’ll learn the complete intermediate Reformer repertoire, including modifications, progressions, and corrections — all based on the principles of Joseph Pilates, adapted for the modern day.

What you will learn
  • The complete intermediate Reformer repertoire.
  • Teaching multiple levels simultaneously (multilevel teaching) with attention to safety and progression.
  • Applying touch techniques and verbal corrections.
  • Refining your own technique with direct feedback from the Master Instructor.
  • Developing greater depth, flow, and precision in your classes.

This Level II training is perfect for Pilates professionals who have completed a Level I course or have proven Reformer experience and are ready to deepen their expertise and take their participants to the next level.
